GDPR Notice

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR gives you additional rights. This notice explains how rAiGen Dev applies them in Anchora.
Controller and processor
rAiGen Dev is the controller of account, contact and usage data. For catalogue data, your organisation is the controller and rAiGen Dev is its processor. We can provide a data processing agreement on request.
Lawful bases
- Contract: to provide Anchora to you.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and improving the service.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
- Consent: where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with significant effects. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Anchora is operated from South Africa. Transfers from the EEA or UK are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes in our Privacy Policy.
