Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of Anchora (anchora.co.za), which is provided by rAiGen Dev. By creating an account or using Anchora, you agree to them.

1. Beta service

Anchora is in beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We aim to keep it reliable and secure, but it is provided "as is" during the beta.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password and two-factor device secure, and make sure your team members use Anchora properly. Owners are responsible for the roles they give to others.

3. Your data

You own your catalogue data. You give us permission to host and process it so we can provide Anchora, including sending changes to stores you connect. You confirm that you have the right to use any data and images you upload.

4. Connected stores

When you sync, Anchora writes the changes you approve to your store. You are responsible for reviewing changes before syncing, and for keeping your own store backups.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Anchora: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other organisations' data, no interfering with the service, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.

6. Fees

Beta access may be free or offered on special terms. We will tell you before any fees apply.

7. Intellectual property

Anchora, its software and branding belong to rAiGen Dev.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, rAiGen Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using Anchora at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Before we close an account, you may ask for a copy of your data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
